This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of the Work-A-Beez Software-as-a-Service ("Service") provided by Linton Business Solutions, LLC ("LBS").
This AUP forms part of the Work-A-Beez Terms of Service and applies to every Customer, Administrator, Employee User, Contractor, and any individual accessing the Service through a Customer account.
Failure to comply with this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

This AUP applies to all use of:
Every user accessing Work-A-Beez is responsible for complying with this Policy.
Customers may use Work-A-Beez solely for legitimate business purposes related to workforce management, including:
The Service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
Each Customer is responsible for:
Customers remain responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts unless caused solely by LBS.
Every authorized user agrees to:
Users may not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Customers must use reasonable efforts to protect access to Work-A-Beez. Recommended security practices include:
LBS reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to accounts that appear compromised until account ownership can be verified.
The following activities are generally permitted:
Use of the Service must always remain consistent with applicable employment, labor, payroll, and privacy laws.
Customer Data entered into Work-A-Beez remains the property of the Customer. LBS receives only the limited rights necessary to:
LBS does not claim ownership of Customer business information or employee records.
Users should access only information necessary to perform their assigned job responsibilities. Customers are responsible for establishing internal privacy policies governing employee access to workforce information. LBS provides access controls, but Customers remain responsible for configuring permissions appropriately.
Administrative users possess elevated privileges and therefore assume additional responsibilities. Administrators should:
Improper administrative use may result in suspension of administrative privileges.
Customers agree to use Work-A-Beez in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements, including those relating to:
LBS does not provide legal, payroll, tax, or human resources advice. Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable legal requirements.
Users may not use Work-A-Beez to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or that interferes with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service. Without limitation, Customers and Users shall not:

Any attempt to gain unauthorized access may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
Customers and Users may not upload, transmit, distribute, or execute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, cryptomining software, malicious scripts, logic bombs, or any software intended to disrupt or compromise systems.
LBS reserves the right to remove or quarantine content reasonably believed to contain malicious code.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, Users shall not:
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Customers may not perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, stress testing, or other security testing against the Work-A-Beez platform without prior written authorization from LBS. Authorized security testing may be coordinated through the LBS security contact and must follow mutually agreed rules of engagement.
Where APIs are provided, Users shall not:
LBS may implement rate limiting, throttling, or temporary blocking to protect platform stability.
Except where expressly authorized in writing, Users may not:
Reasonable automation using officially supported integrations or APIs is permitted where authorized.
Customers may use AI tools with data they lawfully control; however, they may not use Work-A-Beez to:
Nothing in this Policy prohibits Customers from using their own exported data with AI tools, provided such use complies with applicable law and the Customer's obligations to its employees and third parties.
Users shall not:
All software, source code, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Linton Business Solutions, LLC or its licensors.
The Service may not be used to send unsolicited bulk communications, conduct phishing campaigns, impersonate another individual or organization, distribute fraudulent communications, mislead employees or third parties, or collect credentials through deceptive means.
LBS may suspend accounts engaged in such activities without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or affected parties.
Users may not intentionally or negligently consume system resources in a manner that materially degrades the Service for others. Examples include:
LBS may temporarily limit or suspend resource-intensive activity to preserve service availability.
Customers and Users may not use Work-A-Beez to falsify time records, manipulate attendance records, misrepresent payroll information, conceal unauthorized activity, facilitate financial fraud, circumvent employment controls, or commit identity fraud.
Customers remain responsible for implementing internal approval processes and verifying payroll accuracy.
Users shall not intentionally interfere with the operation of the Service by attempting to disable infrastructure, circumventing security controls, introducing malicious workloads, exploiting software defects, interfering with monitoring systems, or disrupting customer environments.
LBS reserves the right to immediately isolate activity that poses a material risk to platform stability.
Customers acknowledge that Work-A-Beez is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Accordingly, no Customer may engage in conduct that compromises another customer's confidentiality, attempts cross-tenant access, interferes with another customer's operations, degrades shared platform performance, or circumvents tenant isolation mechanisms.
Protection of all customer environments is a core security objective of Work-A-Beez.
To protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Work-A-Beez platform, Linton Business Solutions, LLC ("LBS") may monitor platform operations, system performance, and security-related events. Such monitoring is performed for legitimate business purposes, including:
LBS does not routinely monitor the content of Customer Data except as necessary to provide the Service, respond to support requests, investigate suspected violations, or comply with applicable law.
LBS reserves the right to investigate activity that reasonably appears to violate this AUP, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the security of the platform. Investigations may include:
Customers agree to cooperate reasonably with investigations involving their accounts.
LBS may suspend all or part of a Customer's access to the Service without prior notice when reasonably necessary to:
Where practical, LBS will provide notice of the suspension and the reason for it. Suspension is intended to be temporary and limited to what is reasonably necessary to address the issue.
LBS may terminate the Agreement and permanently disable access to the Service if a Customer or User:
Termination under this section does not limit any other rights or remedies available to LBS under the Agreement or applicable law.
LBS may preserve relevant records, logs, and system information where reasonably necessary to investigate violations, respond to litigation, comply with legal obligations, cooperate with law enforcement, or protect the rights of LBS, Customers, or third parties.
Preservation of information does not imply wrongdoing by any party.
Customers and Users are encouraged to promptly report suspected violations of this AUP, including:
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow investigation where possible.
Customers agree not to use the Service in violation of applicable export control laws, economic sanctions, or trade restrictions. Customers represent that they are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable United States laws or regulations. LBS reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where required by law.
Certain Work-A-Beez features rely on third-party service providers. Customers agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using integrated services, including but not limited to payment processors, email delivery services, cloud infrastructure providers, authentication providers, and communication services.
Nothing in this AUP modifies the contractual relationship between Customers and those third-party providers.
Failure by LBS to enforce any provision of this AUP shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.
LBS may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address evolving security threats, reflect changes in applicable law, support new platform functionality, improve platform security, or clarify acceptable practices. Material updates will become effective in accordance with the notice provisions contained in the Work-A-Beez Terms of Service.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
If any provision of this AUP is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this AUP shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Work-A-Beez Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Work-A-Beez Service, Customers and Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service, in addition to any other remedies available under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
