Work-A-Beez Availability Commitment

Version 1.1 · Last updated: September 07, 2026

Work-A-Beez is designed to provide dependable access to workforce-management functions while recognizing that no cloud service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. This page explains the standard availability practices for the Service and should be read together with the public Service Level Objectives and the Trust Center resilience documents.

Operational objective

Linton Business Solutions, LLC ("LBS") uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable production service, respond to material incidents, and reduce avoidable downtime. Standard self-service subscriptions do not currently include a public numeric uptime guarantee, fixed RTO/RPO, or automatic service credits unless those terms are expressly included in a signed agreement.

Service health

Operational health may be evaluated using application health checks, managed hosting/database monitoring, error information, support reports, and other technical signals. Monitoring coverage may vary by component, and Work-A-Beez does not represent that every dependency or end-user path is continuously probed from every location.

Maintenance

LBS may perform routine or emergency maintenance for security, reliability, database, infrastructure, and product reasons. When practical, LBS will seek to reduce customer impact and provide advance notice for maintenance expected to materially affect service availability. Emergency work may proceed without advance notice when delay could increase security or operational risk.

Cloud and third-party dependencies

The Service depends on managed cloud infrastructure and other third-party providers. Provider outages, regional disruptions, internet failures, email/payment/notification-provider incidents, or other dependencies may affect some features. LBS will use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate restoration but cannot guarantee a provider's recovery timeline.

Backups and recovery

Work-A-Beez uses managed database/hosting capabilities and operational procedures intended to support recovery after significant disruption. Backup retention, point-in-time recovery, and restoration windows depend in part on provider and plan capabilities. Standard plans do not promise geographic redundancy, a dedicated disaster-recovery region, or a fixed RTO/RPO unless expressly contracted.

Incident handling

Material service incidents are prioritized based on scope, customer impact, security, data integrity, and availability. LBS will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and restore affected functionality. Resolution time depends on the nature of the incident and may require provider coordination or software changes.

Customer communications

When a significant service event materially affects customers, LBS may communicate through email, in-application notices, direct support communications, or other channels reasonably available at the time. Work-A-Beez does not rely on this page to promise that a separate public status page will always be available.

Customer responsibilities

Events outside LBS's reasonable control

Service interruptions can result from events outside LBS's reasonable control, including Customer systems or configuration, internet failures, cloud/provider outages, utility failures, government action, natural disasters, malicious third-party attacks, force majeure, or emergency measures taken to protect security and data integrity. Contractual treatment of these events is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Negotiated commitments

Customers that require a numeric uptime commitment, specific measurement method, service credits, dedicated escalation, or fixed recovery objectives should request those terms before purchase or renewal. Such commitments are effective only when stated in a signed agreement.
