Introduction

A successful implementation begins with careful planning.

Most organizations complete their initial setup in a few hours, although larger organizations with multiple locations, complex scheduling requirements, or custom policies may require additional time.

This guide follows the recommended implementation sequence developed by the Work-A-Beez Customer Success team.


Before You Begin

Before configuring your account, gather the following information:

Having this information available before beginning setup will significantly reduce implementation time.


Creating Your Organization

Your Work-A-Beez subscription includes a dedicated organization, sometimes referred to as a tenant.

Your organization provides:

Each organization operates independently from every other Work-A-Beez customer.


Administrator Account Setup

The first account created during implementation becomes the Primary Company Administrator.

The Primary Administrator is responsible for:
