Work-A-Beez Subprocessor Overview

Last updated: September 07, 2026

Linton Business Solutions, LLC, operator of Work-A-Beez, uses specialized third-party providers to host and support the service. This page identifies the material providers reflected in the current application and deployment configuration and explains the information they may process.

A provider's legal role may vary depending on the service and data involved. Not every vendor listed below is necessarily a “subprocessor” for every data category under every privacy law.

Data Minimization

Work-A-Beez intends to provide each service provider only the information reasonably necessary to perform its function. For example, Stripe handles full payment credentials rather than Work-A-Beez storing full card numbers or CVV values in the application database.

Data Residency

Work-A-Beez is operated from the United States and its current production application and database are hosted through Render-managed cloud services. Work-A-Beez does not currently offer a customer-selectable hosting region. Unless a customer receives a written environment-specific commitment stating otherwise, customers should treat the service as U.S.-operated and U.S.-hosted.

Other service providers may process limited information in locations used by their respective services and subject to their applicable contractual and privacy terms. International customers are responsible for evaluating cross-border transfer requirements applicable to their use of the service.

Vendor Review and Contracting

Material providers are evaluated on a risk-proportionate basis. Review may consider the service's criticality, data involved, security and privacy documentation, contractual terms, availability and incident practices, and relevant independent assurance where available.

Where required by applicable law or an executed agreement, Work-A-Beez will use appropriate contractual terms for service providers that process Customer Personal Data on its behalf.

Provider Changes

Providers may be added, replaced or removed as the service evolves. Work-A-Beez will provide notice of material subprocessor changes when required by an applicable Data Processing Addendum, customer agreement or law. Customers with contractual approval or notice requirements should keep their security and privacy contacts current.
