Will it work for your cleaning team?
What if our crews work at several client sites?
Plan where employees will clock in and out at each site or dispatch point. A shared workplace computer can serve as a punch point. If crews move between sites without access to a shared computer, request a demo to check the workflow before starting a trial.
How do authorized clock-in devices work?
An administrator can register trusted browsers for workplace clocking. Once at least one active device is registered, clock actions require an authorized browser. With no active devices registered, this restriction is off. Device authorization does not verify a worker’s physical location with GPS.
Do employees need their own phone?
The shared-computer clock flow uses a company code, employee ID and PIN. Employees can use that workflow without installing an app on a personal phone.
What should we try during the trial?
Add an employee, authorize the shared clock-in browser if you want device restrictions, record a real clock-in and clock-out, then review a timecard and send a payroll report. Use one complete shift to check that the process fits your team.
Is the worksheet free?
